What is the return policy?
Unopened retail products can come back within 30 days for a full refund. Opened adhesive is not returnable for safety reasons; see Shipping & Returns for the details.

Orders placed by 2 PM Mountain ship the same business day from Ogden, Utah. Most of the Mountain West sees packages in one to two days.
