Every order ships from our Ogden, Utah warehouse. Orders placed before 2 PM Mountain Time leave the same business day. Retail orders over $49 ship free; pro-account orders always ship free. Typical transit is 1–2 days across the Mountain West and 2–4 days coast to coast.
Returns
Unopened retail items are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. For hygiene and safety, opened lash adhesive and used lashes cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost — email hello@lusheye.com with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.
